Shipwreck, but where?
Help me identify the location of this shipwreck and I'll send the first correct detective a free print of it. Contact me with proof by postal or e-mail.
Here are the clues:
What we have on this old 5x7 glass negative is a wooden ship partially buried on a sandy beach. In the background is a rounded hill sloping down to the water. A tall pole, probably for navigation stands atop the hill. There may be a narrow channel of water between the beach and the hill. My best guess is that this is coastal Massachusetts, but it could be anywhere on the East Coast. © Fredrik D. Bodin
